Okosama ga Seitokaichou is a Japanese manga series that follows the lives of four main characters: Ui Wakana, Izumi Hayato, and her father. The manga was written by Yumi Nakata, and began serialization in Ichijinsha's Comic Rex magazine in 2011. It has since been collected in thirteen tankbon volumes. There is also a series of anime films.

Izumi Hayato

Izumi Hayato is a student council vice-president who aspires to become president of the school. However, when she runs for the president position, she is defeated by a young woman named Ui Wakana. Ui makes a campaign speech during which she promises to liberate love on campus. While Hayato accepts this arranged marriage, he soon realizes that he is in love with Ui. However, as the two women start dating, the two girls become entangled in their passion for each other, and lust for each other grows.

Ui and Hayato's relationship is atypical for an anime series. Hayato is openly sexual and physical with Ui, and the two of them are engaged in a relationship. The two have a few uncensored scenes, which makes sense in terms of the goals of the series. But the inclusion of Rin in their relationship dampens their passion. While Ui is undoubtedly a supportive and sympathetic character, her inclusion does not contribute to the anime's success.

The story of Okusama ga Seitokaichou! emphasizes the concept of marriage. To marry someone is to dedicate yourself to them forever, but there are other forms of marriage. For example, polygamy is the bond between two people, but it isn't the only kind of marriage. A one-to-one bond requires dedication, and marriage is no different.

Ui Wakana

In the anime series Ui Wakana okusame ga seitokaichou, the main characters are Hayato and Rin. Hayato's mother is also present in the drama. She resembles Hayato's little sister. Ui tries to make Hayato fall in love with her by giving him a back massage and foreplay. Unfortunately, Misato interrupts their act.

The premise of this show is that Hayato Izumi is running for the school president, but loses. Ui Wakana wins the election by making it rain condoms. Although she's a self-proclaimed fiance, Ui isn't very sexy, but she's willing to trade her innocence for Izumi.

Izumi Hayato's parents have promised to marry the two if they were old enough. When they're both in their late teens, Izumi and Hayato's parents arranged the marriage. But the two soon realize that they really like each other and decide to take things slow. They have a whirlwind romance that leaves everyone shocked.

Ui's father

The first episode of Ui's father in Okusama ga Seitokaichou is set before Ui turns legal age to marry. The father of Ui has a youthful appearance and looks like a little brother to Ui. He is very strict and severe and has a tendency to wear rats on his head. It's kind of like watching a baby chick's head hatch.

The father of Ui is drunk and arranges a marriage for his daughter. His daughter, Ui, was three years old when her parents married. She hasn't gotten over the fact that her parents had married in an inebriated state. Their parents had made a promise to marry each other when she grew up. Hayato doesn't want to marry Ui, but he still wants to live with her.

The character arc is relatively predictable. Ui's father was a tsundere with cow tits. He eventually lived with his father after his mother died and went to Europe. When Hayato left for a job abroad, he left his daughter and went to a new life. The mother's death brought Ui and Hayato closer together. Then a new friend named Karen arrives. The new comrade makes things easier for Hayato and Ui.

The main characters also become friends with Rin's mother, Rin. Honoka, the photography club president, is a resentful and controlling force. When Ui is unable to hold hands with Hayato, she tries to make trouble. She pulls Hayato aside and takes her to a love hotel. She explains that she became a member of the discipline committee because of a rumor that Hayato had seduced a male classmate with large breasts. Then, Rin confiscates Hayato's love egg from Ui. It activates and works its way down Hayato's body. After the incident, Ui and Hayato leave the hotel together.

Ui's libido

Her jealousy of Ui is also justified, though, since she is jealous of her beauty and is suspicious of her.

While Hayato is trying to keep their cohabitation a secret from the student council and school, Rin is watching them. While Rin is trying to get them to leave the club, Ui attempts to kiss Hayato. Ui then tries to fix Hayato's hand, but can't do so. Rin comes to her rescue, and the two kiss in the club room.

After Izumi's election loss to Ui Wakana, Izumi's fear of Ui is heightened when the student council president's beautiful girl decides to make it rain condoms. Although Ui is a good candidate for the office, he isn't very good at sex and marriage. Her self-destructive nature makes it difficult for her to be in a relationship with anyone but Ui.

The character designs in Okusama ga Seitokaitchou are not particularly interesting, but they do serve the purpose. Each character is characterized by a single trait that makes them unique. For example, Ui's mom is a woman with a big tooth, and Hayato is a blond lesbian. Ui's father is a mysterious man, and Hayato is skeptical of the platform he sets up for him.

Ui's reluctance to let sexual content play out

Okusama ga seitokaichou starts with Hayato and Ui going to a department store. Hayato notices that Ui is topless and asks for a kiss. Ui agrees. Later, she sees Hayato and Ayane together in the park, and Ui tries to give Hayato foreplay by groping her breasts over her kimono. Hayato accidentally moans with pleasure when he gropes her breasts. But Ui intervenes, telling Hayato that she is not allowed to kiss her. Afterward, Kei gets drunk and interrupts Hayato and Ui's moment of passion.

The sexual content in the series is limited, as most events end with characters standing or speaking while still. Even the sexual content is not as raunchy as in Okusama ga seitokaichou, which Ui's reluctance to let play out is the only thing that keeps the anime from being deemed "sexy."

While Okusama ga seitokaichou features a few scenes that should have been avoided, it still has a few interesting moments. The condom that Rin's sister gives Izumi comes back as a joke. Even Ui's parents don't forget their daughter, and the lust that follows is a weak and predictable plot device.
